Hullspeed Slender Body Geometry
Besides Hullspeed's regression methods like Holtrop, Savitsky, Delft et al, there is also an analytical method available for ships with a high L/B ratio to determine wave resistance. In v12, you have more control over the geometry that is used to calculate the wave resistance of slender vessels. play

xRef heeling arms in Hydromax criteria
It is now possible to cross reference heeling arms into several criteria. This means that the heeling arm only needs to be defined and updated in one location, yet can be used in several criteria. It also reduces the clutter in the GZ-graph. play

Maxsurf Automation
This video shows how the new Automation features in Maxsurf, Hydromax, Seakeeper and Hullspeed enable you to write Microsoft VBA macros in Excel (or Word, Access, etc.) A Maxsurf model is generated from a template design and parameters entered in an Excel spreadsheet
