NC-Pyros

NC-Pyros is a robust, proven and fast generator of NC code for a wide range of cutting machines.

NC-Pyros reliably creates NC-Code for any type of NC cutting machine, oxy-fuel, plasma, laser, water-jet, or router. The integration with the product model automatically feeds back important information, such as estimated cutting time, processing date, and operator name, completing report data and simplifying any recalls.


Correcting drawing errors automatically, or warning of potential errors, saves many man hours and wasted plate material. Lead collision detection checks collisions of leads with parts, displays the leads that are at fault and offers the option to edit the lead to avoid the collision. Duplicate elements are automatically removed. Short elements are automatically detected and short gaps are closed.

Tool paths for cutting are generally supposed to be closed. NC-Pyros detects and warns of open shapes that cannot be automatically closed.
Customised arc handling lets you set the maximum radius, minimum arc length, and define how to split circles and arcs that cross quadrant lines. NC-Pyros automatically corrects arcs to ensure cutting works flawlessly.


NC-Pyros provides support for any type of controller with Essi or G-Code code format and any type of burner, be it plasma, gas, laser, water, or other. Several pre-configured post-processor controller files are also supplied, including Anca, Burny, Linde, Koike, Esab, Fanuc, MG, and Eltec controllers. These files can be adjusted to accommodate any special considerations.


Buge marking can be used on advanced controllers that have a built-in text feature. Marking may be performed with punch, scribe, powder, or ink tools. NC-Pyros also has a built-in text marking processor that converts CAD drawing text to lines.


The NC path may be output to a DXF file and automatically laid over the original nest drawing for validation. It is also possible to simulate the entire cutting path for validation including fully adjustable simulation speed.


NC-Pyros completes the passage of parts from initial design all the way through to final cutting prior to assembly.
